The lounge entrance area in each unit consists of a small hallway with access to the ground-floor bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a large bedroom with a double box-spring bed and flat screen TV.
 
The living room is located on the first floor and is accessed via a wide, ultramodern staircase. In addition to an integrated, state-of-the-art kitchen with high-gloss, lacquered cupboard doors, it is also equipped with a beautiful dining area as well as a very cozy living area with a large couch and a big Samsung flat screen TV with Smart IPTV, which is an invitation to relax and chill out. Designer lighting, creative decorations and modern murals round off the ambience on the upper floor.
 
Free Wi-Fi throughout the living area and Telekom Entertain TV as well provide entertainment in the living room and bedroom and are included in the net rent. You can listen to your favorite songs just like at home, because our high-quality JBL speakers are very easily connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth.

BEDROOM The large bedroom on the ground floor with a double box-spring bed and 32 “flat screen is a wonderful place to relax after a long day. Free Wi-Fi throughout the living area and Telekom Entertain TV provide entertainment here as well. In addition, we have also set up a workstation with a Wi-Fi socket in the bedroom. Toilet paper and hygiene items are always replenished here and towels are regularly changed as part of the 14-day cleaning service. KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob with modern exhaust hood, an oven with microwave and food steamer, as well as a dishwasher (tabs included). The large glass dining table can be extended and has room for up to 6 people, although it is also eminently suitable for working.

The flat rent includes all heating/operating and other ancillary costs, fast internet, a two-week cleaning of the rooms and the bathroom, the exchange of towels and bed linen and the refilling of consumables such as toilet paper, kitchen rolls, detergents and dishwasher tablets. Final cleaning is also included.
